2 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 each  medium onions
1 each  medium celery stalk
2 cup  red wine
0 3/4 oz  Gravy, brown, dry mix
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place pork in a 9x13 inch baking dish, and sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Top with onion and celery and pour wine over.
  3. Roast for 45 minutes. When done, remove meat from baking dish, and place on a serving platter.
  4. Pour gravy mix into baking dish with wine and cooking juices, and stir until thickened. Slice meat, and cover with the gravy.
