16 oz  soft tofu
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
0 1/4 tsp  prepared yellow mustard
0 1/4 tsp  salt substitute seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  Yeast, nutritional, flakes
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  red hot chile peppers
2 each  medium celery stalk
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Wrap soft tofu in cheese cloth. Place over a large bowl or sink, and press to drain as much liquid as possible.
  2. Place tofu in a medium bowl. Mix in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
