0 1/4 cup  salted butter
1 cup  soft white bread cubes
1 cup  shredded carrots
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  parsley, freeze dried
1 each  Chicken, no broth, 5 ounce can
6 each  eggs
0.3333 cup  whole milk
1 cup  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
  1. Over medium-low heat melt butter in a large saucepan. Add bread cubes and toss to coat with butter. Stir in carrots, salt, parsley, and chicken. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Beat together eggs and milk. Stir in cheese. Pour egg mixture over bread mixture and stir briefly to combine.
  3. Cook until eggs are set, about 10 to 15 minutes.
