1 each  cooking spray
0 1/2 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/4 cup  unsalted butter
3 tbsp  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  dried basil
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  onion powder
0.125 tsp  celery seeds, ground
2 lb  tilapia fillets
2 each  green lettuce leaf
  1. Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil.
  2. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and ground celery. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil 4"-5" from heat source for 2-3 minutes. Turn fillets and broil for two additional minutes.
  4. Remove fillets from oven and cover with Parmesan cheese mixture.
  5. Return to oven, broil for 2 additional minutes, or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Arrange lettuce leaves on serving dish, arrange fish on top and serve.
