1 tsp  olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
5 cup  fresh mushrooms
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0.125 tsp  salt
10 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  fat free unsalted beef broth
1 each  pepper, black, dash
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. Pour oil in a large cooking spray coated skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix in the mushrooms, red pepper, salt, and garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Lower heat to medium and pour in broth and sprinkle with pepper. Cook another 5 minutes.
  4. Take off mixture off of heat and scatter parsley around.
