1 each  Broccoli, stalk, medium, fresh
1 pinch  salt
8 oz  Pasta, macaroni, enriched, dry
0 1/4 cup  olive oil
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in broccoli and salt and cook until just tender.
  2. Break up spaghettini and stir into the pot. Cook 8 to 10 minutes more, until pasta is al dente.
  3. Serve in bowls topped with a tablespoon of olive oil and some freshly ground pepper.
