Ingredients Directions
  1. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or wok with the cooking spray. Place over high heat and add the green onion, zucchini, corn, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-cooked, 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the basil and pepper. Serve hot, warm, or cold.
