  1. Pierce 2 pieces of cantaloupe, 2 pieces of honeydew, and 2 pieces of watermelon and assemble them on a skewer.
  2. Do the same with remaining fruit.
  3. Lay kabobs in an airtight container and lightly pour juice over fruit.
  4. Scatter mint around fruit, place lid over, and refrigerate about 1 hour. Serve chilled.
