Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add pudding, coconut milk, and pineapple to eggs.
  4. Pour mixture into pre-made crust.
  5. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the pie turns golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
  7. Garnish with pineapple, shredded coconut, and a dab of pudding if desired.
