Ingredients Directions
  1. NOTE: This recipe requires at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and rum.
  3. Cover and chill until partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites), about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Place 1-1/2 cups of gelatin mixture in medium bowl. Cover and set aside at room temperature.
  5. Whisk half of dessert topping into the remaining gelatin mixture until combined.
  6. Pour into 2 quart square baking dish. Cover and chill until almost firm, about 2 hours.
  7. Stir raspberries into reserved 1 1/2 cups gelatin mixture. Layer on top of gelatin mixture in dish.
  8. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve. Top each serving with dollop of remaining whipped topping.
