1 1/2 lb  ground turkey
1 each  egg whites
0 1/4 tsp  ground sage
0 1/4 tsp  dried marjoram
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0.125 tsp  ground savory
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. In medium sized, mixing bowl combine all ingredients except cooking spray. Stir well.
  2. Shape mixture into 12 patties, cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high.
  4. Place patties in skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pressed with spatula.
