  1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar blend, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  4. Shape dough into 1" balls.
  5. Place dough balls 2" apart on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies become set. Remove from oven.
  7. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.
  8. Press one chocolate piece into each cookie. Cool completely until chocolate hardens.
