Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F.
  2. In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar blend, and egg. Beat until smooth.
  3. Shape dough into 1/2" balls.
  4. Place dough balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Press one chocolate piece into each cookie.
  6. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies become set. Remove from oven.
  7. Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Cool completely, until chocolate sets.
