1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 each  scallions
1 tsp  dried dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  ground tarragon
1 cup  low fat cottage cheese
2 oz  goat cheese
Directions
  1. In a blender or food processor, mix parsley, scallions, dill, tarragon, cottage cheese, and goat cheese until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
