Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a medium bowl combine coconut, chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla and mix together until well blended.
  3. Take rounded teaspoonfuls of dough and drop onto prepared cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
  4. Using the back of a spoon press dough gently and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies have become light golden brown.
  6. Let cookies stand for 1 minute on cookie sheets and then remove them from sheets and place on wire racks to cool completely.
