3 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
2 tsp  honey
1 each  Mustard, serving
1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  onion powder
8 each  fresh spinach leaves
8 each  Lettuce, Boston, fresh, leaf, small
2 each  medium kiwi, peeled
  1. In a bowl with a cover, mix the water, vinegar, honey, mustard, oil, lemon juice, and onion powder. Cover, shake well and refrigerate.
  2. Place the spinach leaves and Boston lettuce leaves evenly onto 2 salad plates. Separate kiwi evenly and place on top of spinach and lettuce leaves. Serve with dressing from step 1.
