Ingredients Directions
  1. Place turkey in a large zip top bag, add chili powder, seal, and toss to coat well.
  2. Spray nonstick cooking spray into a large nonstick pan and heat over medium high heat, add turkey, and cook until done, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Again spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and place back over heat until hot. Stir in green onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add in the black beans, corn, water, lime juice, and salt and heat thoroughly, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add turkey back in, add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through.
