2 each  fresh avocado
1/2 cup  cottage cheese
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Slice avocado and scoop out flesh. Place in food processor.
  2. Add to food processor, cottage cheese, lime juice, scallions, jalapeño, and garlic. Purée until smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
