1 each  fresh avocado
1 pinch  black pepper
0 3/4 cup  cottage cheese
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt
  1. Slice avocado and scoop out flesh.
  2. In food processor, combine avocado, cottage cheese, lime juice, scallions, jalapeƱo, and garlic. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, serve immediately.
