0 3/4 each  plain yogurt, whole milk
0.6667 cup  cottage cheese
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
2 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
  1. Place yogurt and cottage cheese in strainer lined with one coffee filter. Allow to drain for about 1 hour.
  2. Drain and dice roasted red pepper.
  3. Fit food processor with steel blade. Turn on. Drop peeled garlic clove through feed tube and keep running until minced. Turn off.
  4. Add yogurt, cottage cheese, and basil and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in roasted peppers.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve.
