0 3/4 each  plain yogurt
0.6667 cup  cottage cheese
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
2 oz  roasted red peppers with brine
Directions
  1. Place yogurt in strainer lined with one coffee filter. Allow to drain for about 1 hour. Yield should be about 1/2 cup.
  2. Combine yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic, and basil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in roasted peppers, if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve.
