4 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 pinch  fresh lemon peel
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  medium lemons
Directions
  1. Place a steamer basket in a large saucepan. Add enough water to come just below bottom of basket.
  2. Bring to boiling. Place broccoli in steamer basket. Cover and steam for 5 to 6 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  3. In the meantime, combine in a large serving bowl the olive oil, lemon zest, salt, pepper and garlic. Add broccoli, toss to coat. Garnish with lemon wedges (optional).
