1 cup  Cabbage, fresh, chopped
1 cup  red cabbage, shredded
0 1/2 cup  shredded carrots
4 oz  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  vinegar
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat Italian dressing
1 1/2 tsp  Sweetener, saccharin, liquid
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a large bowl, begin by stirring well and combining the cabbages, green and red peppers, onion, and parsley. Set aside.
  2. In a small jar combine the vinegar, Italian dressing, sugar substitute, salt, and pepper. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
