4 oz  parsley sprigs
2 oz  anchovy fillets
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp  unsalted tomato paste
4 tbsp  vinegar
0 1/2 cup  extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. In medium bowl, toss parsley, anchovies, and garlic.
  2. Add tomato paste, vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
