2 cup  kale, chopped
0 1/2 cup  Radishes, fresh, slices
1 cup  chopped apples
4 oz  Cheese, blue, crumbles
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 cup  white wine vinegar
Directions
  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the cabbage, radishes, and apple.
  2. Pour in the olive oil, and toss to coat. Add blue cheese, then the vinegar. Chill until serving.
