1 lb  blue cheese
0 1/2 cup  unsalted butter
0.3333 cup  port wine
1 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. In a food processor blend together cheese, butter, and port until the mixture is smooth.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the cheese mix and the walnuts.
  3. Transfer the spread to a crock. Chill.
