3 cup  napa cabbage
1 cup  chopped bok choy
0 1/4 each  small red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  canola oil
0 1/2 tsp  sesame oil
  1. In large bowl, combine cabbage, bok choy, and sweet pepper.
  2. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, salad oil, and sesame oil. Pour over cabbage mixture, toss gently to coat.
  3. Cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
