Ground Papaya and Greens
Sweetness of fresh fruit and mixed salad greens makes this an excellent side dish.

7 cup salad greens
1 cup Greens, radicchio, fresh, shredded
1 each Onion, red, fresh, small, whole
0 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sweetener (sugar substitute)
0.125 tsp salt
