1 1/4 cup  evaporated milk
0 1/4 cup  sour cream
1 tsp  dijon mustard
4 each  egg whites
1 each  eggs
2 oz  Cheese, gouda
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/4 cup  smoked salmon
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, whisk milk, sour cream, mustard, egg whites, and egg.
  3. Add cheese, onions, salmon, dill, and pepper, stirring gently.
  4. Lightly coat pie plate with cooking spray and pour egg mixture into pie plate.
  5. Move to oven and cook 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to rest 15 minutes before slicing.
