2 tsp  peanut oil
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 cup  snow peas
0 1/2 cup  sliced water chestnuts
0 1/2 cup  bamboo shoots
0 1/2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Pour oil in a wok and heat over medium high heat. Cook onion and celery for 3 minutes. Mix in snow peas, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and broth.
  2. Place lid over wok and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
