1 lb  pork tenderloin
4 tbsp  pineapple juice
2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
0.6667 cup  cold water
4 tbsp  fresh lime juice
4 tsp  rum
  1. Place pork in resealable plastic bag. Set aside.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, ginger, water, lime juice, and rum. Pour over pork. Seal bag and chill at least 5 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium.
  4. Skewer pork pieces on metal kabob sticks (if using wood, soak skewers 1 hour before using).
  5. Arrange skewers on grill, cover and cook 15 minutes, turning every few minutes.
