  1. In wok, heat oil over medium-high. Add garlic and chili peppers and sauté 30 seconds.
  2. Add chicken and sauté 5 to 8 minutes; chicken should no longer be translucent. Move chicken up to edges of wok.
  3. Add broth and peppers and sauté 4 minutes. Add celery and scallions and sauté 2 more minutes. Move chicken back to center and mix with vegetables. Add soy sauce, place lid on wok and let simmer 2 minutes. Serve hot.
