Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove featherly leaves from fennel. Chop enough of the leaves to make 2 tablespoons and set aside. Trim fennel bulb. Chop enough of the bulb to make 1 cup. Cut remaining bulb into strips to use for dippers (optional).
  2. Combine in a medium bowl 1 cup chopped fennel, onion dip, red onion, and green onion.
  3. To serve, spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the reserved 2 tablespoons fennel leaves. Serve with vegetable dippers.
