4 each  ladyfinger cookies
6 tbsp  brewed coffee
2 each  Sweet One, packet
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  whipped fat-free topping
1 1/2 tsp  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp  sliced almonds
  1. Place half of the lady finger pieces in each of two 6-ounce pyrex dishes. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine coffee, sugar substitute and vanilla. Stir until sugar substitute is dissolved. Spoon 3 tablespoons of coffee mixture over each serving of ladyfinger pieces.
  3. Place whipped topping in a small bowl. Fold in cocoa until blended. Spoon topping over each dessert. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, place a small skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add almonds and toast 2 to 3 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  5. At time of serving, sprinkle almonds over each dessert.
