3 each  large oranges
2 cup  red wine
0 1/2 oz  honey
2 each  cinnamon sticks
2 tsp  grated orange peel
2 tsp  vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Add wine, honey, and cinnamon sticks to a medium pot, heat over medium heat and let boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Take pot off heat and pour in the vanilla and orange peel. Combine the oranges and wine mixture in a serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
