  1. SPRINKLE each patty with celery salt on both sides. Cook patties in oven or microwave according to package directions. Keep warm.
  2. COMBINE marmalade and cayenne pepper sauce until blended.
  3. To serve: PLACE a lettuce leaf on center of plate, top with chicken patty, 2 tablespoons orange-cayenne sauce. Next to patty, place 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing and 1/4 cup sliced celery. Serve immediately.
