1 cup  chopped apples
4 oz  dried apricots
4 oz  seedless raisins
1 cup  fresh chopped pears
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/2 cup  brandy
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  honey
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together fruits in a baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Whisk together brandy, lemon juice, and honey. Pour over fruit until completely coated.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until fruit is tender.
