3 cup  cooked baby red potatoes
1 tbsp  olive oil
4 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  fresh dill weed
1 tsp  fresh rosemary
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Bring pot of water to a boil. Put potatoes into boiling water and place lid over pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Strain and place in serving bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, garlic, dill, rosemary, and pepper. Pour over potatoes and coat evenly. Serve warm or chilled.
