2 tsp  olive oil
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 cup  fresh green beans
0 1/4 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
1 each  medium tomatoes
1 tbsp  fresh oregano
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Pour oil in a wok and heat over medium high heat. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, make sure garlic does not burn.
  2. Pour in the beans and broth, place lid over wok and simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix in the tomatoes, keep lid on and continue simmering for 30 seconds. Sprinkle the oregano, parsley, pepper, and salt over mixture and simmer for 30 seconds.
