  1. Heat ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  2. Using a slotted spoon, remove beef and reserve, leave 3 tablespoons of pan drippings in skillet.
  3. Using the same skillet, combine the onions, garlic, and peppers and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the corn and tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the chili powder over and put the beef back in the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Arrange the tortillas and top each with beef mixture; wrap and garnish with salsa and shredded cheese.
