1 tbsp  peanut oil
1 1/2 lb  flank steak
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  oyster sauce
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 oz  honey
6 cup  romaine lettuce
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Heat oil in wok over medium-high. Add steak strips and stir fry until cooked. Stir in garlic and stir fry 1 additional minute.
  2. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Pour over steak and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
  3. In serving bowl, toss lettuce, celery, and scallion. Arrange warm steak over salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
