0.3333 cup  chopped parsley
5 each  medium garlic cloves
0.3333 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  olive oil
1 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 1/2 lb  turkey breast strips, uncooked
1 tbsp  olive oil
  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse together parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, and pepper.
  2. Preheat a grill or broiler and arrange turkey slices on heat source. Cook 4 minutes per side coating both sides lightly with olive oil.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon sauce over turkey and reserve some for the side.
