Ingredients Directions
  1. In large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water, stir will and chill mixture until partially set.
  3. Add celery, carrots, and cucumber. Fold to mix.
  4. Coat ten 1/2-cup molds with cooking spray. Spoon gelatin mixture into each cup.
  5. Chill until firm. Serve.
