Ingredients Directions
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in a large mixing bowl in boiling water. Then chill the mixture until it is about the consistency of an unbeaten egg white.
  2. Fold the banana, strawberries, and pineapple into the gelatin and pour half of the mixture into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Chill until firm and store the remaining gelatin at room temperature.
  4. Evenly spread the yogurt over the congealed layer. Then pour the remaining mixture over the yogurt.
  5. Chill until firm and serve.
