2 each  eggs
4 each  egg whites
2 oz  Lunchmeat, ham, cooked, deli meat
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
4 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
  1. Mix together whole eggs, egg whites, ham pieces, salt, and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Toast the bread and serve with the eggs.
