1 cup  Grapes, concord, fresh
2 cup  shredded carrots
2 tbsp  mayonnaise
0 1/2 tsp  poppy seeds
0 1/4 tsp  salt
5 piece  fresh romaine leaves
  1. Cut grapes in half.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grapes and carrots.
  3. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, poppy seeds, and salt. Add to carrot mixture and stir well.
  4. Place mixture on top of romaine leaves and serve.
