Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Place half of the cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then top with half each of the yogurt and cheese.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Repeat layers with the remaining cauliflower, yogurt, and cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and then bake until heated thoroughly, roughly 20 minutes.
