2 cup  sliced carrots
2 tbsp  Cheese, American, pasteurized, processed, low fat, shredded
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Coat 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
