Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok at medium heat for 2 minutes and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Add the garlic and soy sauce and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and green onions, and stir fry until the vegetables are crisp and tender, roughly 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add the snow peas and mushrooms and stir for 1 to 2 more minutes.
  5. After combining the cornstarch, bouillon granules, and water, pour it over the vegetable mixture.
  6. Continue to stir fry until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  7. Serve immediately.
