3 cup  fresh okra
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  chopped tomato
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly spread okra on bottom of baking dish.
  3. Layer tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients over the okra.
  4. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, or until the okra is tender.
