1 lb  Broccoli, fresh
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
1 each  small red bell peppers
  1. Remove stem and seeds from red bell pepper. Cut into 1/2" wide strips, set aside.
  2. Remove leaves and stem ends from broccoli. Wash and cut into spears.
  3. Steam broccoli over boiling water 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Add soy sauce and heat over medium to simmer.
  5. Add broccoli and cook until tender, turning frequently, 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer broccoli serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with red pepper.
