2 tbsp  minced garlic
1 pinch  black pepper
0.3333 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 each  cooking spray
3 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  Cauliflower, head, large, 6" - 7", fresh
1 pinch  salt
1 cup  chopped parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat large oven-proof casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large resealable bag, place garlic, olive oil, and cauliflower. Shake to mix. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Bake 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  5. Heat oven to broil. Place casserole under broiler 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
