12 oz  canned white tuna, packed in water, drained
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
3 tbsp  fat free milk
1 tbsp  sugar
0 3/4 tsp  curry powder
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
4 cup  salad greens
2 cup  fresh diced pineapple
  1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and curry in a bowl. Stir in the celery.
  2. Situate 1 cup greens on 4 separate plates. Divide the tuna equally on each plate and place the pineapple around the tuna.
